Narayan Seva Sansthan, a registered non-profit organisation, has established the Divyang Sports Academy to support and uplift individuals with disabilities. This initiative empowers the differently-abled, including those who are hearing-impaired, speech-impaired, or visually impaired, through inclusive sports programmes. The academy focuses on promoting enthusiasm, enjoyment, and positive mental well-being among underprivileged and differently-abled individuals.
Activities such as Blind Cricket Tournaments, Para Swimming, and Para Tennis are regularly conducted at the Divyang Sports Academy. Participants are trained in various sports disciplines by qualified coaches, helping them develop their athletic skills and unlock their full potential. The organisation is committed to providing international-standard sports facilities in Udaipur for talented athletes with disabilities, helping them grow in confidence and compete in mainstream outdoor sports. A dedicated National Para-Swimming Sports Complex is also planned as part of this initiative.
The Divyang Sports Academy aims to train and prepare athletes to compete at the Paralympic Games and other global platforms.
The Divyang Sports Academy trains athletes in a wide range of para sports under the guidance of experienced coaches. Participants are encouraged to showcase their talents and pursue their athletic dreams with access to high-quality training facilities.
